2-Ingredient Red Lentil Wraps

Packed with protein from the lentils, these lentil wraps make a satisfying and filling meal that’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or a quick snack.

They're a versatile and healthy alternative to traditional flour-based wraps. Plus, they’re incredibly easy to make, requiring only 2 ingredients and a blender.

You'll need split red lentils, water, and salt. Spices are optional.


Soak the lentils in water for at least 2 hours or until they are softened.


After soaking, drain the lentils and add them to a blender along with water, salt, and optional spices. Blend until smooth and creamy.


Heat up a nonstick skillet over medium-low and cook each wrap for 2-3 minutes on each side.


I highly recommend rolling up the wrap while it is still hot to increase its pliability and prevent it from breaking when it cools down.

Once all of the wraps are cooked, enjoy them warm with your favorite toppings and fillings!
